Football Manager 2022 has sold over a million copies on PC, announced Miles Jacobson, director and executive producer of the Sports Interactive simulation series.

In our review of Football Manager 2022, we pointed out several improvements to the experience, the usefulness of the new Data Centre and the presence of never-before-seen in-game animations: elements that combine to make up a very solid picture.

“Over the past twelve hours we have sold our one millionth copy of Football Manager 2022 for PC and Mac,” Jacobson wrote in a post on Twitter, then proceeded to thank users.

“In such difficult times, particularly in the midst of crises such as we are currently experiencing, this is not something we take for granted. So we want to thank all of you who bought the game, played it via Game Pass or on other platforms.”
