How to add tactics in Football Manager
Today we will explain how to load tactics into the game and test tactical dictates created by other FM fans.
In detail, the procedures to be followed will be as follows:
- Download the tactic and extract it from the archive using Winrar
- You will find a file with the extension .fmf
- Start FM and go to your team’s tactics section
- You will find the numeric spaces available for setting tactics
- Click on one of these
- A drop-down menu will open with the heading: load tactics
- Select and load the tactic you are interested in from your PC.
- You are now ready to play
How to add tactics in Football Manager in Windows and Mac Pcs
If you would prefer to load all Football Manager tactics in one go, the procedure is explained below.
WINDOWS PC
Place all .fmf files in the following location:
- Documents \ Sports Interactive \ Football Manager 2020 \ tactics
MAC
In this case you should:
- Open finder
- Enter the following path: Library/Application Support
- Click on Sports Interactive – Football Manager – Tactics
- Insert the files with the extension .fmf into it
